Dal PNRR 155 MILIONI DI EURO PER LE IMPRESE CULTURALI E CREATIVE
All’interno del PNRR (M1C3 ), l’Ambito 3 “Industria Culturale e Creativa 4.0” prevede un investimento specifico per la Capacity building per gli operatori della cultura per gestire la transizione digitale e verde per un importo complessivo di 155 milioni di euro destinato a organismi profit e no profit.
L’investimento prevede due linee d’azione:
1) Sostenere la ripresa delle attività culturali incoraggiando l’innovazione e l’uso della tecnologia digitale in tutta la catena del valore;
2) Favorire l’approccio verde in tutta la filiera culturale e creativa
Le linee d’azione si sviluppano in quattro interventi
A1. Migliorare l’ecosistema incoraggiando la cooperazione tra operatori e organizzazioni culturali – 10 mln / 40 azioni;
A2. Sostenere la produzione attraverso l’innovazione digitale con contributi finanziari – 115 mln / 1.470 beneficiari;
B1. Riduzione impatto ecologico di eventi – 10 mln / 40 azioni;
B2. Promuovere innovazione e progettazione ecocompatibile – 20 mln / 260 beneficiari.
Destinatari dell’investimento sono i settori culturali e creativi, ovvero tutti i settori le cui attività si basano su valori culturali ed espressioni artistiche e altre espressioni creative individuali o collettive, siano esse orientate al mercato o non orientate al mercato. L’erogazione dei fondi avverrà tramite bandi pubblici, con largo anticipo rispetto alla milestone prevista per dicembre 2023. Per la definizione dei bandi, il MiC ha programmato un ciclo di incontri con gli stakeholder del settore culturale e creativo.
